Supporting Products & Components
High-performing stabilisation and ventilation products by Aquacrete® are engineered to meet the highest safety standards for underground mining in Australia. Our supporting products and components are suitable for civil applications and roadway stabilisation.
Hessian Shapeable Mine Bricks
Hessian Shapeable Mine Bricks provide a time-efficient and cost-effective solution for ventilation walls and regulator construction. There is minimal site preparation and the mine bricks have excellent strength properties.
Aside from applications in underground mines, Hessian Shapeable Mine Bricks can be used in civil applications such as culverts, roadway stabilisation and mine entry support.
Mine Mesh
Aquacrete® Mine Mesh is manufactured from 4mm wire and is hot-dip galvanised. Made of 160mm squares, mine mesh sheets provide the ideal backing surface for the application of Aquacrete® products. Available in standard sheet sizes of 2800mm x 1125mm.
Flexible Sail Stoppings
Flexible Sail Stoppings provide a flexible fire-resistant, anti-static barrier for a range of underground conditions. Designed for ventilation control in adverse conditions, Flexible Sail Stoppings can withstand pressures of up to 2Psi and provide a gas and air barrier in conditions where strata movement is a concern.
Depth Gauge
The Depth Gauges provide the operator with guidance on how thick the wall is or needs to be to achieve the specified rating. We can supply any length or quantity to meet the required design standard.
Access Doors
Our customised and over-pressure-rated man, machine and regulator access doors are placed within sprayed Aquacrete® walls for personnel, machinery and airflow control. We make-to-order ensuring the customer’s specific requirements and geometries are met during fabrication.
We know how the fabrications integrate with the rest of the Ventilation Control Devices and how they can be incorporated into the customer’s design. We work directly with the fabricator and our unique frame design allows a good seal with Aquacrete® around the fabrication perimeter.
Pumps, Parts & Accessories
We’re committed to providing the best solutions in Ventilation and Strata Control. To ensure our products are installed to the highest standards, Aquacrete® continuously tests and develops spraying technology that combines powerful material placement with the need for a compact, mobile machine.
We provide customers with a reliable backup service with quick access to fit-for-purpose parts and equipment. The team is readily available to give advice and deliver Aquacrete® approved accessories direct-to-site.
Dry-Spray Application Pump
With years of experience selling and applying Aquacrete® products, we have gained a solid understanding of the challenges our customers sometimes face.

Wet-Spray Application Pump
The Wet-Spray Pump is designed specifically for the application of our DustBoss mix. Its unique design allows the pump to be used in dust-sensitive areas resulting in minimal disruption to mining operations.

Spray Nozzles
Our range of Spray Nozzles results from several years of trialling and refinement for our underground mining customers. The nozzle combines pneumatically conveyed powder from the pump with fine water jets before it is propelled onto the substrate. This nozzle is specifically designed for Aquacrete® mixes. We can provide customised options to suit specific requirements.
Wear Pads and Consumables
We source and supply parts for all types of pumps and application equipment including wear pads and other consumable items. We also offer servicing of equipment and parts.
